Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Credits cannot be refunded once purchased. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can contact customer support within 7 days of purchase, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel your subscription before expiration, the credits you have already received will not be affected.

The intellectual property of AI Toolbox and all its content, features, and services belongs to us. The intellectual property of content generated by you using AI tools belongs to you, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. After termination, you will not be able to access the services, but credits you have obtained will remain valid until used up.
